Karen Morris is President and founder of Suizzo Morris Group, LLC, specializing in leadership, career, transition and life coaching for individuals and organizations. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), certified through the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
During her corporate career, Karen held executive roles in Legal, Product Management, Marketing, Communications, Regulatory Relations and Strategy. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel for USAA P&C Group.
Prior to joining USAA, Karen spent 21 years at Allstate and in private practice in Chicago.
She received a B.A., magna cum laude, from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.
Karen is active in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion, with a focus on the legal community, including serving as President of the National Association of Women Lawyers 2020-21.
After spending years as a Chicagoan, Karen moved to San Antonio, Texas and is now settled in beautiful Burbank, California, close to her family and enjoying the sun, friendly neighbors, and spending time outdoors.
