Accelerate Growth '25

Accelerate Growth ‘25 is an affordable group coaching program designed for talented leaders and individual contributors who have the potential and desire to advance to senior levels of leadership.

The six-phase program is based on International Coaching Federation (ICF) methodology and coaching competencies, neuroscience of change, coaching best practices, and proven methods of supporting human development and growth.  The experience is tailored to each group member’s challenges and goals, and the common themes group members share.

Group members focus on their individual development to find purpose, live with agency and intent, enhance their ability to positively impact their peers, teams, organizations, and communities, enrich their relationships, gain perspective, resilience, and strength, and achieve their goals. 

Accelerate Growth 2025 members will experience additional benefits from harnessing the group’s collective wisdom and community of support as they work to embrace growth and change and gain tools for overcoming the obstacles they face.

Program Details:

Sessions begin May 2025.  Each Accelerate Growth ‘25 group includes up to 10 members working with one coach.  Group members receive 6 months of coaching, including:

• Pre- and post- program 30-minute 1:1 calls with coach

• Weekly 1-hour group sessions over 6 months (24 sessions)

• Three 60-minute 1:1 sessions with coach (option to purchase up to three additional 1:1 sessions at a discounted rate)
